Very sad.

Health is more important than wealth.

If only he had been a Morton supporter.

RIP

I’m sure I seen that that DDFR entertained them at Cappielow but it seems Mr Weir was a lifelong Thistle fan

Perhaps his will includes Partick, Ayr, Morton and Largs.

Colin Weir was apparently just an ordinary Thistle fan when he and his wife struck lucky. If I came by the same sort of wealth I'd be tempted to help the 'Ton, but only if that meant ridding it of every last remnant of Rae and Golden Casket. Despite some stalwarts bravely putting a face on things, the place just STINKS.

How much worse does it have to get before it gets any better?

Sorry to hear Mr Weir is dead. He was quite well thought of down this way I believe.

I see there's a joint minutes applause at Cappielow today for Colin Weir and some random Morton fan who used to steal doors for a living.

Stole doors for a living
That’s a gate legacy to leave us with
