It’s down to the referee’s opinion and weighing up all the available evidence it does look like he ‘fucked up’. Happens all the time with refs who are only human.

Yip - looks like he’s a rookie ref at our level and probably terrified by all the red tape. Football is definitely for fannies nowadays
