It's certainly not too late to start climbing the table but we'd need Hoppy to completely change the way we're set up. Managers just don't do that though as it's an admission of failure on their part.

I hear Hoppy has fallen out with Nesbitt. If that's the case then we might gradually see the squad being split, which doesn't bode well for the rest of the season.
